To get caller pays, the FCC has to act.

Suggest no one hold their breath.

With the FCC, later is a more likely bet than sooner from my observation.

Perhaps the FCC will use its "fast track" - seems like I remember some talk of that.

But talk is an FCC forte, action seems less so.

In any case perhaps caller pays will be dealt with by some process other than the "normal" process, and hope to be pleasantly surprised.

But then I may be wrong - would be a joy to be wrong in this case.
