I can think of several things CHTR can do: upgrade (adding return path for example) the cable network faster than the rest of the industry using party-boy's money; buying other companies like GBLX has been doing using either party-boy's money or CHTR's shares; dealing with phone companies who lack bandwidth but own millions of customers; dealing with AOL or Mindspring or other ISPs.
