Hi Voop, I am not a TA expert, however there are strong TA signs for VARL; 1) very positive On Balance Volume that is keeping a head of the price 2) money flow index has been very high for the last month 3) Relative Strength is keeping above 70 ; see graph below.

When are the earnings? Is there a link for the last CC, I am thinking of taking a position in VARL, however need to do my DD. It is good that the commercial business ( LU and others ) is 80% + and less than 20% in the military. I did not see Qualcomm as one of the customers.

I believe that when the next institutional ownership numbers come out we will some more players owning more shares. Certainly, the smaller float will discourage some inst. investors but they would still be discouraged if the float doubled, in my view, and we would pay in dilution for that occurrence. We invested in a small-cap and it will be a small-cap for quite awhile. In the meantime, increasing earnings will increase demand and price. It isn't such a terrible thing for us for future owners (institutional or private) to have to bid the price up a little to acquire shares. <gg>

Best regards,

Mike
