Edwarda- Sorry. I'm not buying it. There are extensive replanting programs by the "evil" corporations, nature conservancy groups and the government. I see them all around me here in NH, Maine, Vermont, etc. I suspect it is no different in other parts of the country. People and property rights come before the fuzzy headed ideas of the do-gooders in my opinion. I am one who believes the pendulum needs to swing back toward the middle when it comes to "environmental" matters. JLA
