I do not have a target price for IDTI that I'm stating publicly(you should). IDTI has disappointed the market and investors over the last few yrs. They have strong product lines with the MIPs CPU's, speciality memory and SRAM's. All compete with several other vendors -- they are NOT the clear leader in anything they do. That limits the upside growth.
Standard logic products are also a good product line, but again they compete with TXN + the profits are very low here.

Having their own fab is a plus, IF they can keep it utilized and yields up. This should help the them generate higher gross profits.

Going forward, ClearLogic seems to have a good biz plan, IMHO, and should make the company some profits. As stated in the recent PR, the Altera suit kind of validates the technology. While I can not predict the outcome of the suit, it will take a long time for it to settle.
