Speculation is your rhetoric - the bottom line is always risk vs. reward. If you take on high risk, you better be able to show high returns. Until the recent spike VLNC has shown negative returns all year from last December. During the same time the Nasdaq composite index is up 65%. By all measures, VLNC's risk factors are extraordinarily high. For that, you all have received very poor returns over any holding period you choose. VLNC has been a poor investment by any definition. The bottom line is risk vs. reward. Anyone that cannot see that is doomed to lose again.

Being "brave" requires intelligence. You have shown no reason in any of your expressions here to indicate you have that.

Apprehensive of personal attacks? LOL Fire away. It is what any one who writes objectively about investment has come to expect from you here. If I were apprehensive of your dismal view, I would have stopped long ago. I don't care what your motives are. I would like to see you respond to the issues I present. They are unique here. I don't expect that you can but I would like to see some courage to admit that you cannot.
