remargin? I'm hoping to get out in Jan, before the usual spring correction where I ran into so much problems last year. I dont have much luck with covered calls: I wrote some on AOL at 70 for Jan, thinking it would be correcting after the split but instead the calls (and stock) are going up...I was going to sell AOL in Jan to help get me out of margin plus some Jan Q leaps. But cov calls on Ctxs? Horrors: how on earth do we know where ctxs stock price is headed, since this is close to its yearly high and it seems to have momentum? I think a little margin is ok: and I have sold puts that are in fine profit positions that I can let expire worthless or just buy back cheap if I really want margin safety. So far. Freeus But I do take to heart what Chuz says so his post frightened me a little.
