(OTC BB: OGPS), announced that its Interactive Radio Corp. (IRC) subsidiary has contracted BSQUARE Corporation to develop software to run IRC's RadioSat system on the Microsoft Auto PC platform. In addition, IRC has signed an agreement with Vistar Telecommunications to acquire mobile terminals to be used for tests and demonstrations. It will also enable other Internet-based services for vehicles and other mobile users. Mr. Crosby stated, "IRC management is designing a business strategy, a technology and service package that will serve as the premier portal for e-commerce and Internet access in vehicles." Crosby also announced that IRC has signed a memorandum of understanding with a major satellite company and is in the process of final negotiations to acquire significant satellite time. Details will be announced as they become available, he said.
