reminds me of Gilder's November issue, with discussion of non-PC centric processing, and data (storage) servers proliferating

I love the computer next to the furnace in the basement

PC firms will definitely undergo transformation or disappear

I see wireless technology at the apex of the food chain

greg- remarkable insight.. now don't go and spoil it by telling us it came from somewhere else. Thanks for the input. Like JWCB, that part about the home server being in the basement and the house with a wireless net, was the part I liked most. Moreover, the technology exists now for that to happen. Can't wait to get mine.
