Mike, I agree, on CSRE...Years ago, I used to get John Dessauer's Investment newsletter, and he was big on CSRE back then...John is very good at his long-term picks, and CSRE went to the 30's during his recommendation period...I don't know what his present opinion on CSRE is..However, with CSRE, you are buying a stock at the low part of its cycle, with new deals in the wings, namely Microsoft...(read recent press release) Low downside risk from here, and huge potential upside...I am just waiting around for my pop....It will come, just like VRTL, just like SBAS..We nailed both of those, didn't we??...Regards, Mark
