There are more trees in North America today than a hundred years ago, and there will undoubtedly be more trees a hundred years from now than today. Long term, as the wealth of a nation grows, so does it's care for the environment. Contrary to the eco-terrorist hyperbole, the biggest threat to the worlds ecosystem is the spread of communism and socialism. Not big business. Bulgaria and the former Soviet Union present all the evidence we need in order to come to that conclusion. Michael
