George, I absolutely understand that. All I am suggesting is that some folks are soooo brainwashed with the "OPEC WILL cheat no matter what" mentality, that no matter what the price of oil is these people won't care. If they thought OPEC would cheat at 20, then they really think OPEC will cheat at 25, if they don't at 25, then OPEC will ABSOLUTELY cheat at 30 - ad infinitum. What can OPEC do to please these people? Nothing. The only thing that will really stop these folk is to change the subject. <g>

Actually George, The OSX is behaving quite normaly for an index in a bull market. First the run to 90, then the pb to 65. Then the basing period around the 200 dma. The downtrend gets broken on the rally to 80+. That got sold off now it's working on the short base to retest 90. Bull markets take time to develop. I think what may be upsetting some folk here is that some of the stocks are getting more than their fair share of abuse and that OSX stock don't look like the techs. The osx responed quite well on the last rally to the price of oil and will do so again with the added oomph of capex announcements.
