john , i ve used internet explorers latest version, and stick with real player g2, i ve tried the real 7 upgrade a number of times and they did nothing but screw things up for me... try just doing that, make sure you have flash and shockwave installed as well, go to this link first and see if tells you you need anything first. inextv.com i dont have any problems and havent had any, the site might be down or go down but we would all have problems if that was the case, its just a matter of people ugrading their systems to work with the site, upgrading meaning using the latest browsers and plugins, and dont use your aol browsers.
hope this helps

The exbtv site seems to have some sort of incompatibility with netscape communicator 4.7. I have several computers and it doesn't seem to matter whether I am using one with realplayer G2 or realplayer 7 (which is a beta). exbtv runs fine with internet explorer and either version of realplayer but won't run with communicator 4.7 with either version. Inextv runs with communicator 4.7 and either version of real player (as well as internet explorer and either version of realplayer). I don't know what's different about exbtv but if you really want to watch it use internet explorer. The picture quality of the streaming video does seem to be better than what I have watched on CNN. It is even watchable on the full screen setting. Hope this helps.
