Carolyn, Hub hates prime rib, therefore not making it worth the effort to prepare at home. Plus didn't you see my post on the "holiday thread", I am making potato pancakes tomorrow...LOL Babysitting rates in this small town are a bit lower than what your daughter in CO is earning. Maybe this is why I can't find good help?? (not true really as the girl that canceled on me has been babysitting for me for about 7 years. Starting out when Mike and I would just go across town..(across town=several blocks away) and the sitters mom was just across the driveway)
