<he's a deceptive short seller>

He's more than deceptive. I believe "criminal" better describes his groundless allegations, and if any of the companies he libels gave a flying $%&k what he said he'd be looking at multiple summonses and complaints. I'll be very surprised if one whose behavior is so outrageous can escape legal trouble indefinitely.

And for the record, since we may now be in front of a new audience that reads the "hot" threads, I and members of my immediate family have used Zicam now a total of 11 times since January and have found that it dramatically shortened the duration of colds and/or dramatically reduced cold symptoms 7 times, completely eliminated 2 colds before they even kicked in, worked less dramatically once, and seemed not to help much or at all on one occasion. I'm ignoring the nicotine gum angle until there is a definitive announcement, but I too have been saying for a long time that come February or March, when Zicam is a household name, GUMM will have reached $30 per share. -Eric

Dan
Concerning your Post on BW's thread

I guess you have a hard time with the English language. However Dan more to the point is the fact that you do twist facts to suit your purpose........that's what make you a stock tout........

What a crock of crap you are.
Same to you Mr. Stock tout
Whose payroll are you on?
Or are you trying to find someone to buy your shares?
Point is with small crap like GUMM smart money doesn't want to actually own the stock.....why risk their capital.
Loan the money.....convert to common and warrants....dump the common and get your cash out. Let the fools tout it and do the warrants when it tops.
You know the game Dan......only the sucker public or a small time speculator risks a long position with a POS company like GUMM
Good luck with you new found profession touting this POS

BTW What a great investiment.....last January it was 10-13 (suckers bought at 13 when it was being touted)....now its 14.....during that time frame the NASDAQ rises 60%
Could'a done better throwing darts

Oh I see. So every company that has ever issued warrants and options is a POS and should be shorted?
