I received a letter from DCI telecommunications inc. It started: "Over the past several months DCI's management has undertaken the task of refining and reshaping the company." It ends with "In summation, the company has begun the restructuring process in order to emerge successfully from a difficult period. We have consolidated operations in several areas and are rebuilding toward more efficient and profitable operations. Etc. I am new to dctc and wonder if anyone has an overview on contents and projections. thanks.
