In my view, FDX is significantly undervalued. UPS is more difficult for me to evaluate, given the small amount of information available on them since their IPO.

I typically look at company's PE ratios in relation to their expected growth rate. As of today, UPS PE was 43 vs FDX PE of 20. This would tell me that the market expects UPS to grow their earnings twice as fast (on a % basis) as FDX. This would tell me (IMO) that UPS is overvalued, FDX is undervalued, or both.

Personally, I think UPS is more overvalued than FDX is undervalued.
