Hi Ppl:

I dont think EGRP is an acquisition target. This TFBC acquisition is a major hurdle for its growth. If the deal gets completed then it will take off like crazy. Many of its competetors and other Brick and Mortars doesnt want this deal to go thru. Because it is a very powerful and potent combination.

Current qtr EGRP estimate is -.18. Infact the loss will be much much less. If we report the earnings in a consolidated manner along with TBFC, then it will even breakeven or show a small positive earnings.

I tell you the reason. Last quarter, street estimated -13c loss ; EGRP achieved -10.
Similarly last qtr.TBFC's estimated profit was around .04c I think. But it came out with 0.07c profit.

This quarter, volume is flying like crazy, meaning new revenues. EGRP advertisement revenue.is growing crazy in their webpage. There are more accounts for this quarter. At the end of last qtr. Conf. Call CC indicated that this quarter will be and I quote " Much Better ., Much Much Better". Therefore my gut feeling is that CC is going to surprize and dazzle the street.

I strongly believe in its growth and I am long on this stock big time (atleast for me.)

I also contribute at Yahoo thread once in a while under Kumarn1.

Regards

Kumar

Spy--I may be wrong, but I'll be very surprised if E*Trade is acquired. Seems to me that if that were likely to happen, it would have taken place before the huge run-up during the last year.

But, as in all things, we'll see...
