Man, you ain't kidding! The total stocks have dropped like a rock since May, from above the top of the average range to the absolute bottom of the average range. With Iraqi oil not flowing, that should put upwards pressure on Brent, which should in turn reduce shipments to the US even further. Even the record warm November hasn't slowed the slide in stocks.
