About payment expected this last week, Bob you posted the following on November 22" << She said HGRM is reasonably inclined to believe payment from the Russians will come next week. I asked if this was contingent on the Duma and she said, "No, there are other reasons." Of course, she couldn't elaborate, but it is good to hear something positive. >> I think we need to find out for certain if Kevin's email to Leslie was addressing this payment Bob is writing about for work already performed or the first advanced payment for future work. If it turns out that Kevin is referring to the same payment that Debbie was in Bob's post we need to find out why HDI keeps dangling carrots in front of us--giving us hope after hope based on loose assumptions at best. Does anyone have the inclination or energy to pursue this anymore?
