Lynne, I agree.
A buyout of a high-growth company by a relatively
low-growth company usually results in the stock price
of the low-growth company to go up.

C-COR and VECO are two companies that are in this
category of "low-growth" turned "high-growth" companies.
C-COR has already moved up quite a bit while
VECO is beginning to reflect its new image of a high-growth
company.
