sw, I have done enough DD on it. There's nothing wrong for a CEO to post some valuable information in message boards, provided that there's no premature or forward-looking statements. He is only "updating" what has been going on in the operation of the company (definitely nothing wrong with that IMO). On the RB thread, check out his past history posts, ragingbull.com

and also you can call him up personally to authenticate the posts in RB.

This thread has his phone # and email address:
ragingbull.com

Furthermore, Jason Webster (RB's alias "jwebster") and Jason May (Roger's son - RB's alias "jasonm") seem to be very closed with the company. You can also check them out.

As a matter of facts, IF I were the CEO, I WOULD post up-to-dated info in RB for the shareholders. Plus, I WOULD defend my company from the bashers' attack on board. In this way, the boat wouldn't sink. IT would only become a rocket ship to the moon! Of course, I would have to make sure the company has great products and future prospect for fundamentals.

One reason I invest in this company is that I believe in the market like VoIP and wireless communications, which will prove to be hot in months ahead. Plus I can load up the stock BIG TIME as basis and support for the price. Also, I really their product called Spectrucell, which can upgrade any wireless transmission protocal for cellular phone. Essentially, it is software-based, much like an operating system. As I am a hardware+software engineer, I can tell this product could be a huge hit in the telecom industry. IF this operating system can allow a cellular phone to do some speech recognition or translation (I think it can be achievable), the future of the company will be even brighter. Moreover, the company is working on wireless applications for Lonworks, which I think could be huge in home appliance market. The Lonworks protocal can allow you to use a single device to control everything in your own home or office. Lonworks is a trademark of Echelon Corp (Nasdaq: ELON). Cisco Systems (Nasdaq: CSCO) has own majority shares of it. Well, you know what I mean If Cisco is eyeing on this Spectrucell and wireless products.
The only thing I am concerning is the safety of the CEO, as he travels so often =P . Or maybe the delay of filiings important document to SEC. Or maybe a sudden police crack down like the one in SNMM. Oh Boy....worth the bet. Great future IMO. Well hung in there -eH
