Yes, 60% is a huge discount.
I think it is reasonable to assume that as the date of distribution gets nearer, the gap in price will become
smaller. Whether it is because DZTK goes up or PFSW goes
down or maybe a little of both remains to be seen, but I
still think DZTK is a good value even at this price.
If you assume the "core" DZTK is worth $10 (fairly conservative I think) and you are willing to hold until the distribution to shareholders of PFSW, any price of PFSW above $17 is profit.
I'm holding and buying on any weakness/pullbacks at around $20 or less (I hope it doesn't get there though).
