JDN, it is simple.

Wexler is lying about fraud.
He has no facts and only obfuscations.

Dan and I have asked for specific facts to back up the charges. None have been provided.

Clearly the dog pound thread is full of posts by shortselling frontrunning liars who prey on low float companies who have better things to do than prosecute felonious rumor-spreaders from the internet.

Many of us have provided facts here.

If, in a year, what has come to pass is what I have been saying, it will be proven that SI will be rid of a guy who performed as if he were a frontruning liar, if Wexler is a man of his word. If one the other hand, it does not, Wexler can post about how he has defeated a person (a worthless piece of cr!p, to quote an unfortunately deleted post of BW) touting a stock that he "saw through" right away. And, if wrong, I wonït be here to "mislead" people. I see a no-lose situation for SI. This community will be without one who has posted irresponsibly at best - and this is a risk that I am willing to take.

I agree it sounds very immature but no more so than having to respond to the same crap day in and day out from people with no respect for the truth. I am just a small investor who has done research on a company. I do not have a following nor do I care to. I have been very right before and I have been very wrong before. Overall, how one does in the market is a result of money management and good sense. Manipulation of low float companies is not, in my opinion, among an honorable way to get ahead in any market.

Some people do not care how they make there money. Other people do.
