IMHO, I think Intuit hopes it works for both Intuit and CheckFree, while the Intuit brand name remains intact, and that they can provide a service that isn't 100% dependent on CF. CheckFree does represent 8% of Intuits value, and as much as I question some of Intuits move, I do believe what is good for Intuit is good for CheckFree.
