Can you believe the same team VT pummeled last year, i. e. Bama, looked as good as they did against the Gators; WOW, what a defense !!,, Michigan and Bama will be a great game and I'll have to go with the Alabama in this one. Strength against strength. That 'D' looked too good Saturday. Re. Vick and redshirt status. Beamer even took him on all the road games last year; he was standing right there involved in the calls and plays of each game; so he was able to get into the mental aspect of all the games...... Zow got rattled last year, no doubt; even when Vick didn't look too good in the Clemson game and WVU game he still came through. Against WVU they were coming off a hard road game against Pitt; two road games in a row , and they were tired. Both teams will be fresh in the Sugar; so I feel the second half will decide the game; who is in the best shape and VT has an awesome strength program; thats all they have been doing for two weeks now; no practices just hitting the weights.
