Assuming that your computer has two vga ports
connected to two monitors, no. It switches
one of 4 vga inputs to one output.

what is this application for?

i've gotten at least a couple IPF's involving that. (running win98se) researching it leads me to watcom SQL server engine stuff, but that doesn't tell me anything. for example:

"Watcom SQL is a multi-platform,high-performance database server which is optimized for workgroup,desktop and mobile environments"

that's nice, but what do it do?
