Since we're in the middle of an on-going discussion about Intel's power (or lack of it), this link is a must-read:

It shows that Intel's free cash flow has been declining in recent years. Hardly the stuff of a growth company, as the writer points out.

In my mind, there is a pretty clear distinction between PRGN/RMDY and what VIGN/IWOV offer. The former develop products which help manage assets within an enterprise (mainly physical assets: desks, PC's, software licenses), the latter develop products to management the content and provide the "infrastructure" for websites.
