The fed from justa on the brinker thread.

nypostonline.com

Also received my xmas season brochure from Dell last weekend. They're trying to sell the intl / rmbs coppermine system with 64 megs @ a high price in comparison to what you can obtain from GTW.

My next system will be a configured GTW (I have a 3yr old GTW and a 1 yr old Dell). They offer lots more choices / customization. I'm waiting for the 133mhz ram to become availabe at a reasonable price b/4 I upgrade. Why pay for RMBS when you wouldn't need it on a system for a year at least. By then the system would be 1/2 as much. I think march will be a good time to upgrade.

I still think we need a couple more weeks of mania b/4 buying puts but agree once the flash point hits it will be too late.

Thanks for your earlier post. I didn't realize I'd let greed get ahold of my emotions in this market. I forget to let fear be the overriding emotion.

Tim

Mike,

I made a big mistake by not observing the early races in the card that day. I bet a few horses that ran great races against the bias without cashing the chips. It might have been a better day had I observed the early races and suspected the possibility of a bias.
