Thanks for the info but it looks to me like supposition and conjecture but no facts to support the claims of the conspiracy theorists.

I would like to know how, in the absence of any evidence to the contrary, Intel's offer of price reductions to Gateway or Dell or anyone else for that matter in exchange for exclusivity, differs from McDonalds use of only one Cola. Is Coke extorting McDonalds? Does this trigger the RICO act? Is it only the less than 2/3s market share that keeps Coke executives out of the slammer?
