You make some good points. I still have some reservations about a 100% stock dilution (my guesswork and musings)..... ultimately the market will dictate the stock price and so far the market seems to like what has been presented. You are absolutely right about the Canadian wireless sector. It's too late to get in now but take a look at EWD.V chart.

Wed 8 Dec 99 News Release Alantra Venture Corp AVB Shares issued 3,635,841 Dec 8 close $0.72 Mr. John McCleery reports The company has installed a VIPSatNet system in Yellowknife, NWT. Northern Communications and Navigations Ltd. owner, Jim Pook, has undertaken to operate, maintain, sell and use the system for his own paging company as an anchor client. Vancouver Teleport has begun contacting further customers in this town of 25,000 citizens, to add to the customer base. This installation will be a company-owned unit servicing many different customers.
