On the Concept of Internet Stock Valuation.. I do not believe in the concept of overvaluation or undervaluation, based on static fundamentals, such as one gathers during stock research.. There is only "percieved" valuation in this Internet Stock Universe.. If a stock goes up, it's rising due to perceived under-valuation, likewise a stock declines due to perceived over-valuation.. Therefore, shorters should be careful to consider the elements they are measuring during their Internet Stock research.. PS: That is why my preferred method of analysis is TA, the chart tells you what that perception is and how it is changing.. >><<
