IS,
Here is the tscn on GUMM, followed by Dcipher comments

tscn.com
As calculated by a survey of important fundamental ratios, cash flow growth and debt coverage, GUMM scores a notably lower fundamental ranking than most stocks. This ranking implies that the company may have some financial concerns that are pulling the fundamental ranking lower. Investigation of the most current balance sheet of GUMM is recommended to see specifically what are this company's financial strengths and weaknesses. The balance sheet of this company has recently changed to the downside. It might be worth further research to unearth the circumstances that led to this significant negative change in fundamental rank. Though an accountant might hope otherwise, a high score in Fundamental Rank has recently shown only modest correlation to stocks that outperform their peer groups.

The score for Volume Rank suggests that recent trading volume for this stock (relative to its history) is at an average level. What on could have happened recently to have caused interest in this stock to dim by so much. This deserves study. For stocks in the same group, there has not recently been a high degree of correlation between high Volume Rank scores and outperformance of their peers.

According to the Long Term Technical Rank, constructed from a variety of moving average and relative performance criteria, this stock has an average technical strength over the long term. Yet this technical score has recently advanced considerably, pointing to the fact that the long term technical strength may not be as consistent as expected. Though it may seem bizarre, outstanding scores have recently proved to have little correlation to stocks which perform better than the stocks within their peer group.

Understand that the low score for Short Term Technical Rank does not necessarily say anything about the short term outlook. What it means is that the scores for popular short-term technical indicators (using moving averages, price, and volume) are below average. Consider the Long Term Technical score as well. The value for Short Term Technical Rank has not recently increased or decreased by a significant amount. A high score for this indicator has lately proven to correlate with stocks that outperform their peer groups.

The above report is based on mathematical calculations and, as such, no investment decision should be based solely on its conclusions. Follow this link for the full disclaimer.

GUMM outlook bearish? LMAO! Is that what you call a company whose revenues will increase a minimum of 500% quarter to quarter in Q4? Is that what you call a company that will nearly be profitable this fiscal year after reporting three quarterly losses in the first three quarters? Is that what you call a company that is getting ready to announce a very large joint venture to manufacture and distribute nicotine gum? Is that what you call a company that will very likely announce positive clinical results in a few weeks? What is your rationale for a bearish outlook? Come on, please post more than a one line, front-running, threat. I really want to hear the bearish case. Several people, myself included, have posted facts and well reasoned opinions on why the outlook for Gum Tech is bullish. You and your cohorts haven't posted anything of any substance...just a bunch of nonsense that is designed to scare people.

Aren't you already short? Isn't that why you just recently started posting about GUMM in earnest? There's enough volatility in this stock for short term traders to scalp a profit both long and short. However, the longer one stays short, the higher the risk of loss. The long term trend in the stock is up because the long term trend in the fundamentals is bullish. The rally will continue once the fundamentals exert themselves. I make no predictions about when that will happen, but the stock will eventually exceed the recent high at 19 and trade much higher.

I'll have buy orders in as market conditions dictate, and will be looking for your sell orders. The people who have the most knowledge about any company will win in the long run. I'm sorry, but that definitely counts you out.

Good luck though.

Dan
