We are slated to be the bottom layer on some mass excavation millions of years from now ;-)))) I have seen many layers all
over the Middle East..It is fascinating how one Civilization is built exactly on top of the other, it makes one wonder. I love to watch the Archeologists at a Dig..I have a lot of Roman Pottery shards and other Rocks etc from civilizations that are not in our History Books..:-)

Well call me an optimist but I believe that we can learn from our mistakes. But it ain't gonna be easy. What concerns me most is the continual erosion of species as we wax fat.
Eventually of course this will spell famine, plague, whatever, resulting in a crash of the worlds population.
The next great war may be over natural resources. The third world wants their share. I don't think they intend to roll over. They look at America telling them not to burn the rain forest and ask where are the great deciduous forests that once stretched from the Atlantic to the Mississippi?......We've turned them into our life style. The third world's a'commin and they want Levis! They want Toyotas! They want Sony! They want Compaq! And they don't wanna hear it's not good for the environment!
You want to see "Global warmin"? Wait till China brings her Billion plus into the twenty first century and does it with [ as is her stated intention ] coal! One way or another that's gonna answer that question..... We live in interesting times. In the next thirty years or so things will be moving fast.
