I doubt you'll find one without an AGP slot, but that's just my guess. You'll get all the answers you want on the AMD thread -- plus they'll be flattered that you asked...

Seven PCI slots sound like a lot. I haven't heard of a consumer motherboard that has more than five.

This may not address your needs, but have you considered using USB peripherals instead? By doing so you can eliminate several PCI cards.

Also, there are many good motherboards that have sound, 10/100 networking, or both integrated. There are also many with integrated video but I don't recommend those. You do have to be careful with some of them, since integrated peripherals are often targeted toward really price-conscious users and the designers must make performance tradeoffs.
