bugssy:

On the conference call on Monday 1 Dec/99 at 4:30--I asked Phil Deck twice (different ways) when they would list on NASDAQ.

I'll abridge the essence of the 2 answers:

1- Question-- 'When for NASDAQ'? --

" Tom, In order to list you have to have a lot of things lined up including the share price, institutional interest, momentum, lots of Partners and products, paper work etc. We are very, very close now-- most of the work is done--things are lining up nicely."

2- Question--'But since you have already indicated that it probably will not be prior to the end of the year, can we assume 1st calender Q of 2000?

" I can't add more to what I have said" (i.e. don't bug me again)

Fair answers.

What I failed to ask him is an update on what he and Rick Dalmazzi mentioned at the AGM in Toronto in the mid fall. They brought up further Aquisitions ( they made 2 in late 98/early 99--can't remember the dates).

They specifically mentioned 2 possibilities--1 in California (people and product) and one in Europe ( market presence and reach).

The assumption many of us have had since those statements, is that they will list on Nasdaq and at the same time come out with a further share offering to gain the cash for the Aqusitions. With the share price up so nicely now it is in their and our interests to move on it--for minimum dilution.
