I venture to say that the state, with the able assistance of those petty politicians in black robes, will be able to drag this case out until possibly the date that the leases expire. Then the issue will be, sorry Coastal you have no standing, your leases just expired. Justice is not about, "we know we are wrong but we want to delay this as long as possible". Unless Coastal finds a guy with a pair under his robes to stop the state in it's tracks with some type of very direct ruling,(how about filing a motion for summary judgement and let the court explain why that doesn't make any sense) this is exactly what will happen.
