As for CVD, I heard awhile back that the Aspen III CVD was an outstanding tool. It was good enough that Samsung took it directly in production for 200mm a year ago and they now have about a dozen Aspens III's in production. Infineon (Seimens/Motorola JV) has at least 1. I expect they are working closely with others. As Brad stated in a CC a Q or 2 ago, they expect to get into the DRAM guys first, just as they did in Strip. They appear to be pulling it off. I expect the revenue growth in CVD will be quite impressive this cycle, but the Strip will look excellent also. Best Regards, John Stewart
