B: GameCom to Become a Reporting Company

ARLINGTON, Texas, Dec 6, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GameCom, Inc. (OTC
BB:GAMZ), announced today that it has filed Form 10-SB with the United
States Securities and Exchange Commission for the purpose of
registering the company's securities.

This registration establishes a public file containing material
financial and business information on GameCom for use by investors, and
also creates an obligation on the part of the company to keep such
public information current by filing periodic reports on Form 10-Q
(quarterly reports), Form 10-K (annual reports), and on current-event
Form 8-K, as applicable.

"We are pleased to have taken this step toward becoming a
fully-reporting company," said L. Kelly Jones, GameCom's president.
"This filing increases our public profile and will enhance our access
to capital markets. This filing represents a significant step by
GameCom toward long-term growth and ultimate profitability for our
shareholders."

GameCom (www.GameComInc.com) designed and manufactures 'Net
GameLink(TM), an interactive Internet gaming entertainment system first
unveiled this past July. 'Net GameLink(TM) utilizes network-enabled
gaming kiosks, and is powered by the AMD-K6(R)-III/450 processor.

GameCom's Form 10-SB may be accessed at www.freeedgar.com by entering
the company's name, "GameCom," or the company's symbol, "GAMZ."

"GameCom is in a significant transitional phase," Jones added. "We are
readying 'Net GameLink for introduction into the market, and the
company is in transition from a concept company to one with an active
manufacturing and marketing philosophy."
