Yes, we seem to be just treading water at the moment. If I were you, I'd enjoy my current camera, and then take some profits at 200!
That way, you'll be able to buy a 4M pixel camera for the price you would have paid for a 2M pixel earlier. I currently have a 1M pixel but have decided to wait for a 4M, since that will make a big difference, for example prints essentially indistinguishable from 35mm (at 6 x 4 anyway).

(around 2%) i get more good shots with digital...
