You forgot to mention Elizabeth Bathory aka The Blood Countess. She was a countess from one of Hungary's most distinguished families. In 1611 it was discovered that she had murdered hundreds of young girls so she could bathe in their blood. It's assumed she thought that bathing in virgins' blood would preserve her youth and beauty. Kinda makes Vlad the Impaler look like Little Jack Horner.
