Steven, You did not address this to me but I'd like to share one concern that I hold. Scientific Atlanta has an existing antitrust suit against Gemstar. I don't know how or if this will play into the HSR review but I have to believe that it will be looked at. Regards Stew

Just a thought re the hsr review and the tv guide magazine. if the ftc raises concerns the magazine could be given up as the sacraficial lamb. thus solving two problems at the same time. 100
