The ATT news IMO should only help us. News, chatter etc. Wish I could have a one on one debate with any RBOC CEO in the land. I'll ask Santa.

I haven't a clue how the market will react to the AT&T news. It doesn't seem to me they've done anything other than with Mindspring and only in that respect have laid the foundation to how deals will or can be structured. AOL is the one who wanted the access in the beginning....where are they in this?

Cable still is well behind the local loop in regard to numbers of lines existing.

Myself I see it as a defensive move to the overwhelming DSL rollout, but with little threat to DSL.
