Sergio, REAL and MERCS hit on the same scan. REAL has no news that I can find, MERCS will probably be announcing soon that there conversion project is complete and that the new mill is on line. I did notice what sector they were in and figured you would bring up the sector support thing , I remember you mentioning that lumber and paper were looking good. Your right the chart does not look good on EQR and the REITs sector probably looks just as bad, I have been working on a new scan that seems to pick up on reversals and EQR was caught by it, It usually takes 1 to 4 months for the reversal to take place and seems to work better with the higher priced stocks. But it takes to much money to play the higher priced stocks and I noticed that EQR has options so I thought I could play the options (you know how good I am at that, LOL) . I did some study on it and there are some nice returns to be had on the high priced stocks using options. I am creating a data base with just optionable stocks to run the scan on and paper test the theory. I could probably find a better one then EQR but that's the only one I have right now. But just for fun lets say I go with April 40 calls and see what happens I think the ask is 2 I'll check it in the morning. I have no take on REITs, EQR just happens to be one. Joe
