I guess you must be using IE then. I stopped using IE to make changes to my profile after I had to redo it a couple of times because I had too much information for IE to transfer to SI. I don't know why it doesn't work. But I tried it several times on two different computers and failed. If you pack your profile completely full like I had before with active links on each line when you transmit using IE you will lose about the last 4 or 5 cells of information. Netscape always was able to transmit the entire amount. I never understood wether the problem was with IE or SI.
