Good Evening Mike,

I went back and reread my post and I asked about yours and BB's thoughts on comparing the two companies remuneration scales mainly because the author of the article painstakingly mentioned more than once that the bonuses, etc come directly out of shareholders pockets. I took it that he was drawing a negative against Siebel compared to i2 Tech.

I am currently long in both companies and in the past I have not concerned myself with company pay structures as long as the bottom line was there. It was his presentation that got me to thinking and I was curious as to your take on this. I am not selling Siebel until something much more major than this comes down the pike. I guess I never realized there were these kinds of differences in compensation packages between companies.

Maybe I am a bit clearer(?) with this post.
