They have been fierce competitors and expect a CORL/INPR news release soon followed by SUNW/INPR news release.

Didn't INPR (Borland) have a few battles with MSFT several years ago vis a vis mutual raiding of company employees?

A couple years ago BORL filed suit against MSFT claiming they were stealing BORL employees. In fact, they had stolen a key employee, offering him something like a $1Million/year salary to start with a long vacation or something.

Anyway, Del Yocum settled with MSFT shortly thereafter. He had filed the suit and claimed all he wanted was for the raiding to stop.
