The company has addressed this issue in SEC documents that have been posted here on this thread. If you have not read them I can find them for you. There is absolutely no cash charges associated with the vesting or exercising of the warrants (other than SUN gives Ancor money when they exercise the warrants). There is a quarterly non-cash charge against gross profits as determined by the Black-Scholes valuation method of the warrants.
