ChannelWave to Make Live Web Events Available to Customers and

Business Partners on the CentraBCN using the CentraNow Live,
Voice-Enabled Collaboration Service

Relationship Management (PRM), has joined the Centra Business
Collaboration Network (CentraBCN(TM)). The ChannelWave business
collaboration channel will be available at www.centranow.com and use

deliver live business events over the Web.

ChannelWave's PRM solutions standardize best practices throughout
the extended enterprise while simplifying profile and partner
lifecycle management, lead distribution and tracking, channel

communication. In addition to joining the CentraBCN, ChannelWave will
incorporate CentraNow into their PRM application, allowing customers
