One more thing;
Even if that Scholes method of accounting (or whatever it's called) requires ANCR to write off the difference, so what. It's one of those invisible write offs. Where do you think the real profits go? Into ANCR's bank account that's where! It's like a goodwill write off. It's not real money. Only an accounting thing.
